STORY
時はのちに幕末と呼ばれる時代、天歌泰平（ソングオブピースフル）――。
徳川幕府の「天歌（ヘブンズソング）」により、民の心が奪われた泰平の世。
「天歌」を歌う「最高愛獲（トップアイドル）新選組」。
その歌声は、町娘の心（ハート）を射貫き、その「雷舞（ライブ）」は、世界を震撼させる。
幕府は「天歌」以外を歌う者を捕らえ、愛獲の力、「天歌」による泰平化により、支配を完璧な物としようとしていた。
一方で、「天歌」による幕府の支配を快く思わない者たちもいた。
自由とロックを愛する男、坂本龍馬もその一人。彼はギター1本とロック魂を胸に立ち上がる！
果たして、その熱情(パッション)で民の魂（ソウル）を解放させることができるのか!?
民の心を奪う者「新選組」と時代の流れを変える者「志士（ロッカー）」の声技（セイギ）がぶつかり合う――!!
It was the era which was later called the Bakumatsu.
In times of peace, people were fascinated by “Heaven’s Songs” of the Tokugawa shogunate.
The Heaven's Songs were sung by the top idols “Shinsengumi.”
Their voice stole young girls’ heart, and their concerts shook the world.
The shogunate captured those who sang a song other than the Heaven's Songs, and by making the society peaceful with the power of the idols and Heaven's Songs, they tried to completely rule over the people. Yet, some people took a dim view of the shogunate’s policy. Ryoma Sakamoto who loved freedom and rock, was one of them. With a guitar and the rock spirit to his heart, he stands up!
Can his passion release people’s soul?!
The clash between Shinsengumi who captures the hearts of the people, and the Rocker who wishes to change the world...!!
