STORY
私立藤美学園は、たった一人の侵入者-＜奴ら＞によって地獄と化した！＜奴ら＞は人を襲い、喰らい、新たなる＜奴ら＞を生み出し学園を席巻。悪魔の世界と化した学園内で、小室孝と幼馴染の宮本麗、親友の井豪永は、一時避難する。しかし、例をかばい＜奴ら＞に噛まれた永は＜奴ら＞とかしてしまう。残された二人は、生き残り、旧友の高城沙耶、平野コータ、剣道部主将・毒島冴子、校医の鞠川静香と合流、学園を脱出する決意を固める！！彼らに生き残るすべはあるのか！？
Fujimi Academy has turned into hell with an intruder referred to as “them”! “They” dominate the school by attacking and eating people as well as generating new “them.” Takashi Komuro, his childhood friend Rei Miyamoto, and his best friend Hisashi Igo take refuge temporarily in the school which has turned into a hellish world. However, Hisashi, who tried to protect Rei, gets bitten by “them” and turns into one of “them”. Takashi and Rei, who survived, join Takashi’s old friend Saya Takagi, Kota Hirano, the Kendo club captain Saeko Busujima, and the school doctor Shizuka Marikawa, and they decide to escape from the school!! Is there a way for them to survive?
