STORY
北海道の田舎にある白玉中学。そのソフトテニス部の面々 ─ 明日菜、琴音、千歳、来栖は全国大会目指して日々練習に励んでいる。といっても、部員は現在４人の弱小部。それなりに気合いはあるけれど、部活はマイペースこの上ない。今朝の朝練もドタバタしていて結局きちんと練習できなかったり、放課後の練習試合もジュースを賭けたりと、和気藹々なのは良いのだが、全国大会優勝を一応掲げる割には、お気楽そのもので……。
At Shiratama Middle School in a rural area of Hokkaido, the soft tennis club members - Asuna, Kotone, Chitose, and Kurusu are practicing every day aiming to participate in a national tournament. However, they are an underperforming team with only the four of them being the club members. Although they are reasonably motivated, they are doing things at their own pace. For example, they keep themselves busy and fail to practice in the morning, or they bet juice on a practice match after school. They are harmonious, which is good, but they are too carefree for shooting for the championship at the national tournament...
